We are still in Tasyriq days (12 Zulhijjah). I'm off today, a replacement of Larian 1Merdeka; so is Afnan. acu tak... but as usual since we are at home, dia liat lah nak gi sekolah. But this morning he went to Sek agama, but had to walk back since the van wasn't there. Poor him! Then that's quite an excuse to absent himself from SK!!! Iqah also at home since her mid-sem break falls in this week.
Today is Mahirah's 23rd birthday, but we celebrated it a day earlier at kg. where she was born 23 years ago. At that time it was Deepavali, now it is Raya haji. Besides cake(brought straight from BP), we prepared mee bandung. Ada lah 20 org yg hadir: Nenek, M. cik ber3, M. teh ber2, M.Bung & family. Hmm... oklah for an ad hoc event.
After Zuhr we left, by 5 pm arrived in BP, then "ngeteh" at Jeng Kuan Satay. Meanwhile Mahirah & Ahmad left together heading to Putrajaya. Only at 6 did they arrive, massive jam!
For the Raya itself- we managed to prepare what we planned. Sayur goreng & kuah kacang siap in the morning. Alhamdulillah sempat join Solat Raya kat Kg Istana. Then hanging at T.Mak's house waiting for Abi to finish with the qurban (he & T.Mak took part ) till Zuhr.
Then only after Asr did we able to start the journey "balik kg." Alhamdulillah, by 8.30 pm sampai. Fuhh! Ngantuk, esp Abi.
